Default Preference settings

  • Keys
    • Key Mappings
      • Ctrl+Shift+D: Split Vertically with "Default" Profile
      • Ctrl+Shift+E: Split Horizontally with "Default" Profile
      • Ctrl+[: Previous Pane
      • Ctrl+]: Next Pane
      • Ctrl+Shift+T: New Tab with Profile

우선 iTerm의 아래 메뉴를 선택한다. 

Preference > Profiles > Keys Tab > Key Mappings

이후 아래와 같이 진행한다.

  1. First you need to set your left ⌥ key to act as an escape character.
  2. Second you need to either locate the current shortcut for ⌥ ← or create a new one, in the Profile Shortcut Keys, with the following settings:
    • Keyboard Shortcut: ⌥←
    • Action: Send Escape Sequence
    • Esc+: b
  3. Third, repeat for the ⌥→ keyboard shortcut with the following settings:
    • Keyboard Shortcut: ⌥→
    • Action: Send Escape Sequence
    • Esc+: f

Open new tabs in iTerm in the current directory 

Preferences > Profiles > General > Working Directory > "Reuse previous session’s directory"
