Troubleshooting

ONVIF Sender not Authorized Error

• Axis Camera Connection Gets an Error: "ONVIF Sender not Authorized Error" or "Invalid Username or Password"

1. Setup > System Options > Advanced > Plain Config.
2. In the Plain Config screen, choose group WebService.
3. Click Select Group.
4. Clear the checkbox to disable the Replay Attack Protection and click Save.
